Job Title Engineering Stores & Planning Manager

Reporting To (Job Title) Head of Engineering
Type of position PermanentJob Purpose/Scope To ensure the implementation of all maintenance schedules (planned & unplanned) for the equipment in facilities, services, Nutritional Health Drinks (NHD), Oral Health Care (OHC) & Over the Counter (OTC) at the GSK Agbara site
Key Responsibilities
•Work with internal customers to plan and scope the maintenance (unplanned & planned) and validation / calibration activities
•Generate PLMS reports, forward to TetraPak at agreed intervals
•Provide TetraPak weekly care schedules
•Creating new Asset in the CMMS, including the activities and PM schedules for that particular asset.
•Monitor and ensure the usage of CMMS in generation of PM work order, updating of CMMS system on completed activities by individual Process Manager.
•Co-ordinate QMS activities
•Lead self inspection team/s
•Generate department MIS and provide from time to time
•Generate monthly reports and submit to Head of Engineering.
•To comply with site health, safety and environmental policy and with the site standards for work wear and actively support GMP requirements.
•Maintain 6S in the engineering store.
•Ensure stock levels of inventory in the engineering store are maintained to support the operations.
Qualifications, Experience
•A good first degree (B Sc or HND)
•3 – 5 years experience in maintenance of equipment and inventory management in food / pharmaceutical industry.
•Knowledge of GMP requirements and EHS practices
Competencies
•Good communication and influencing skills, be able to motivate those working for him/her and must be able to make and implement decisions.
•Working knowledge and experience of computer office programs, particularly Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and be prepared to be trained on other programs.

Demand Forecasting Lead (West Africa)
Job Title Demand Forecasting Lead (West Africa)

Job Purpose/Scope
Key Responsibilities
•Provide detailed, timely forecast reporting across all categories for input to Consensus Forecast Review, Demand Review Meeting and Profit Review Meeting.

•Develop exception reporting to enable identification and management of forecast accuracy impacts and month to month forecast changes.
•Utilise data sources such as Nielsen scan, IMS wholesaler withdrawals, Ex Factory etc to generate insights to drive forecast accuracy.
•Support Demand Forecasting Heads with FV/MODCF/Just Enough and APO system administration including pricing administration, forecast data entry and validation.
•Own, maintain and evolve forecasting tools such as the Performance Analysis Toolkit.
•Capture detailed minutes and actions at CFR meetings and distribute these to stakeholders in a timely manner.
•Develop and own an online platform for sharing Demand Forecasting tools, reporting, information and examples of best practice.
•Embed processes to support key account forecast capability to drive enhanced service levels and reduced working capital requirements
•Provide analytical support to the Head of Demand Forecasting and cross functional teams as required.
•Integrate Trade Spend / Net Sales inputs to ensure forecast decisions prioritise cost effective, net sales delivery.
•Contribute to significant projects to transform the operating model, and deliver the benefits required including gross to net, complexity reduction, cost of goods and working capital reductions etc
•Provide support for baseline statistical modeling to deliver enhanced forecast accuracy
Qualifications, Experience
•At least 3 years experience in Demand Forecasting /Commercial Sales / Marketing operations in an FMCG environment.

•Qualification in a Commerce / Business / supply chain related discipline, logistics, supply management, demand management, operational management desirable.
Competencies
•Advanced level Excel skills required.

•High attention to detail.
•Highly numerate with knowledge of supply chain forecasting / trade spend software systems and processes preferred.
•Proficient in the use of Nielsen / IMS software.
•Strong planning ability & able to work on own initiative.
•Strong interpersonal skills.
•Proactively seeks opportunities to increase value by raising standards & championing best practices.
