Responsibilities:

• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program, conducting and analyzing and recommending changes.
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of a Ond in a relevant field.
• Having HR consulting background in the training and development department of any company is an added advantage.

Experience: Entry level
Salary: salary plus incentives and very attractive.
