Job description

Urgent Looking for an LTE RNO Engineer

• Analysis of Drive Tests done by measuring Throughput, SNR, RSRP, RSRQ, Attach Delay, handovers.
• Primarily responsible for all KPI TEST scenarios for the performance management of LTE Network
• Recommend Cluster Physical Optimization actions based on Redesign for the overshooting cells.
• PRE/Post Swap Optimisation experience
• Good ALU experience
• Troubleshooting the RRC, ERAB degradations. • Blind Handover and Inter-Frequency handover implementation.
• Analysis of Service Layer Architecture and attempts to minimize number of hops to reduce latency
