Job Title: Client service support/Facilitator
Location: Lagos

Job description:
The position of client service support consists of interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Work hours:
- Forty (40) hours of work per week (Extra hours required when necessary)
Responsibilities:
- Collate and respond to all enquiries from emails, phone calls and walk-in clients.
- Assist and resolve all prospects and clients request, issues, challenges for all P&F products.
- Develop, update and constantly improve the FAQ database for all P&F products.
- Design and implement feedback mechanism for all P&F product and services.
- Source prospects for all product and service lines via referrals from P&F existing clientele.
- Close sales for prospects sourced via referrals.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Other Responsibilities:
- Deliver training programmes.
- Identify training gap
Requirement:
- Female
- Not more than 28 years old.
- University/Polytechnic graduate with any discipline.
- Must have completed the mandatory NYSC scheme.
- Ability to use the Microsoft office Package [word, excel, power point presentation]
- No experience required
- Must reside in Lagos
