Job Summary

• The Human Resources Manager position is responsible as a partner with the business leaders to support business plan objectives.
  
• This includes the support of business priorities, while building a high performing workforce and a unique rewarding workplace.
  
• This role will lead the development of HR strategy and oversee the execution of the strategy with a focus on labor and employee relations in developing and achieving the organization design.
  

Responsibilities:

• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  
• Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
  
• Ensure employee performance results adequately reflect corporate and departmental performance levels and carry out stipulated measures against low performance as outlined in the HR policies and procedures.
  
• Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  

Qualification and Requirements

• OND,NCE, HND,BSC,MSC an added advantage.
  
• At least 2years in field/management training.
  
• Excellent computer skills, especially with Office applications.
  
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
