STATION MANAGER

To manage and monitor day to day performance of the station in order to ensure quality customer service, accurate and timely execution of all processes and procedures by set standards for quick turnaround and increased market share.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage and develop station team to ensure outstanding and commendable customer service and quality experience for passengers.
• Responsible for all flight and ground operations in the station. Must keep all station’s facilities, equipment and activities in compliance with regulatory requirement.
• Ensure all customer relation matters / queries are effectively communicated to the Head of Operations as well as to the Head of Commercials and promptly resolved.
• Manage station budget inclusive of planning and ongoing management to drive cost efficiency throughout airport operation.
• Coordinate guest relations, VIP handling and facilitation.
• Ensure passenger safety, security and repatriation of lost but found items.

Applicants should meet the following requirements:
• Possess a minimum of B.Sc. OR equivalent qualification.
• Possess a minimum of 4 years working experience as a Station Manager from a Reputable Airline.
• Be well versed with the Airline Reservation Systems.
• Possess excellent Interpersonal, Communication and Leadership Skills.

TICKETING & RESERVATION OFFICER

SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

As a Sales & Marketing Executive you would be responsible to manage and control relationships between products and your target audience. You will also be responsible for developing new marketing strategies, develop and follow-on leads. As a Sales and Marketing Executive you will be reporting to the Commercial Department of Dana Airlines.
Key Accountabilities:
• Carry out assigned sales, marketing and operational duties for the airline.
• Liaise with travel management companies and corporate houses on matters related to the airline.
• Prepare and update all information required to the airline‘s various authorities and management team.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing plan including promotion activities for the airlines product.

Key Accountabilities:
• Ensuring that each flight under their control is planned and operated safely and in accordance with all applicable regulations.
• Ensuring that all factors affecting safety are considered.
• Providing flight operational support which include, but not limited to, Flight Planning, Flight Watch, Weather Briefing, and Communication as required by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Regulations and those applicable sections of the Operations Manual.
• Exercising operational control on a co-authority basis with the PIC and for the joint responsibility of the safe efficient planning and monitoring of a flight.
• Performing Operational Flight Watch and for determining if changes to operational and meteorological conditions may affect the safety of flights within a prescribed area or on assigned routes, and for communicating those changes to the PIC.
• Formulating and implementing revised Operational Flight Plans when conditions warrant, and for communicating the revised plans to the PIC.
• Providing and communicating revised Operational Flight Plans to optimize revenue payload potential while maintaining adequate Safety standards.

The Engineers of DANA AIRLINES will be required to technically handle and certify their fleet/components to the highest level of professional standards whilst leading a highly skilled team of Aircraft Technicians.
Responsibilities will include certification, maintenance and serviceability of aircraft/components whilst ensuring superior safety standards are upheld
To join us as a LINE MAINTENANCE ENGINEER you will need to:
• Possess a minimum of BSc in Engineering or Equivalent Qualification.
• Have worked in a similar capacity in any airline of repute for at least 3-5yrs.
• Be EASA Part 145 and FAA A&P or NCAA B1 & B2 License engineers.
• Be type rated in JT8D 219/217 C series engine.
• Have sound knowledge of documentation procedure for aircraft maintenance / certification.
• Have proven communication skills and good command of English Language.
• Be current with Nigerian Civil Aviation regulations with the valid medicals.
