Jireh is an ICT servicing firm to major oil and gas companies in Port Harcourt, we seek to recruit an ACCOUNTS OFFICER that will be in charge of the organisational accounting system.

• Vacancy: Accounts Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Maintain existing financial systems including petty cash, expenses, mileage claims,income & expenditure records, process all payments through Cashflow and monthlybank reconciliation.

• Work with the Development Manager to improve existing systems to reflect bigger staff team.

• Log and submit all claims to appropriate funding body (multiple funders) and maintain all relevant paperwork in good order

• Provide Management Committee with full monthly financial report
• Assist in the preparation of annual accounts
• Assist with project financial related work as required
• Attend to General Office Administration

• Educational Requirement : Bsc Hons

• Discipline: Accounting, Accounting Education or any other
accounting related course ...(ICAN)

• Experience: 3-5 yrs experience in accounting and certification in any
accounts institute will be an added advantage,

• Age: 22 – 35 years

• Salary: To be discussed and negotiated

• Organization: An oil servicing ICT FIRM in Port Harcourt
