i did my CBT test on Thursday morning and was called for the chat Friday afternoon.i had 17wpm and 92% accuracy.

The interview chat cannot be more than tell me abt urself,and when answering make sure the follow info on ur cv and add more it excluded,questions abt MTN,their products and even abt the type of mtn plan u are using, questions relating to how to handle aggrieved customers and customer satisfaction in general...

@biggflame yes you are right. The questions will be of such. peeps should be familiar with what's on their CVs especially job experiences etc.

@inumidun, I did mine yesterday so am expecting a call for the chat on monday by God's grace..The recruitment process will be fast oo cos by this time last yr some people are already in training and other batches waiting for theirs too... We will meet at the training,it is well....
