Am still trying to understand wot 'trainee allowance' means. A frnd working in mtn apapa said dat its 30k they'll pay us for d first 3mnths. Kind of confused. Is d 30k for just d training(2 wks)?

@olushola,same here cos am confused. That is exactly wat I heard from som1 workin in apapa,we even argue sef.. Pls I need clarification on this,(is it 30 fore just d 2wks training,and after dat 60k for d next 3mthns and after that 86k) and is d pay not calculated in working hours as it is done by those currently working? All this are questions bothering my mind o..

@oseluck dis is kenny oo we met today, @biggyflames 30k for training allowances , 60k for 3 months wc is d probation duration then after 3mths upon satisfactory performance na 86k.Also tax and pension is gonna deducted from the pay tax is 5percent, then pension is 7.5 percent making a total of 12.5percent wc is gonna be deducted.
then the general manager said the number of hours we will work for will be communicated to us.

Dat is d package, besides we are expected 2work @VGC ajah. Infact, if i go da go 4rom my house i go da spend @least 25k/month.
