@Inumidun, thanks my final chat is 2mrw o..don't really have idea of what to expect sha but won't be more than personality questions,ur weakness, strength and dey may explain the job functions n pay packages.... Hope ur baby is doing fine cos he will start d training with us too.Lol..

About what to expect at a 2nd chat (interview), i did some Google work and saw the following:
• Expect specific and technical questions: among your interviewers would probably be the head of the unit you are to work under or someone who is versed in the kind of work you are to do.
• you’d be asked case-interview questions- they present a problem and you are to proffer possible solutions.
• What challenges are you looking for in this company? How would you describe your former boss?
• Describe a time when you foresaw a problem with your former coy and what proactive measures you helped the company take?
• Can you tell us an experience of a major challenge in your former position?
Tip: when an interviewer asks this question, tailor all your answers to the needs of your potential employer.
