I'm also worried as to y de'v nt cald me, meanwhil d peple dt sat on d same row wt me durin d CBT jst told me de'v bn caled n my score is evn higher dan deirs. Na wa oo! MTN pls bail us cos d tension is high here. Does anybody hv an idea of d salary scale 4 ds job pls? One love as we continue 2 kp d hope alive.

If u haven't been called n u scored 70/15wpmm n above would advice u go there,some names were called n d ppl weren't present,its possible dy skipped ur name wen they were calling n sending text mesgs.
Heyy hey that name skipping isn't good oo. People are tensed. Shyen do you think they will attend to people who bring such complaints? Did mine on Saturday n still expecting.

@ ALL in d house i want to go with wat shyen said oh. cos i knw of pple dat scored 77% and 18wpm dat were called, hw much more smbody dat had 85% and 25wpm not to b called! dere is no harm in trying, 4 dose dat are yet to b called. God bless us all

@ biotech and co, what shyen said is sure true. There whr lots of files there whose names were called wit no one answering. Probably they skipd accidentally in d process of contacting people. I advice u go there dressed nd ready 4 d interview. Listen to d names when they are bn calld. If u dnt hear ur name, there's this guy in charge of names calling, he's a nyc guy. Meet him and explain stuffs to him. Just try that out 2maro, cos no one knows hw long d chat thing will last.

D hopefuls should keep d hope alive. I wrote d cbt on saturday, & ve been expecting d invitation.
My accuracy, gross speed, & netspeed were 88%, 18wpm, & 16wpm respectively.
By god's grace, i was invited 2day.
So, keep expecting!
Just finished the chat. It went well. They need lots of people,because the recruitment process isn't tough. Questions on: smartphone,mtn hardware,why customer care and qualities of good c/c agent. The "chatter" said the job is in ajah,she stated very clearly that its a contract job and we are working for ccnl not MTN.lol No wonder they have a high employee turnover. I just like the job because it offers time to do personal stuff.

@ batunce & co i also did on Saturday. Had 83% accuracy and 27wpm speed. Haven't been called yet. Let Allah have his way. I hve had too much tension that i no longer have any sef. Best of luck to those called.
Someone scored high(advanced allthru)and she wasn't called or sent a text msg n she was worried,today someone heard her name n informed her so she had to come for her interview.so pls if u knw u scored advance n intermediate just go 2mao u dnt need any contact,go lodge ur complain dnt let dis oppt pass u by cos ur space may b filled by ppl who dint write d test @all.may our effort not b in vain.
@wumey d lady asked me example of hardware products sold by mtn and my ans were sim card, mobile phone and mtn fastlink moderm, she dem asked me to mention one type of phone sold by mtn and i told her samsung galaxy3...bt d lady drilling too much,imagine her asking btw KFc and phnc wch one offers a beta customer care service and i told her ve never had a one on one interaction with staffs of the 2 company den she asked abt MTN customer care and hw effective dey are

I wil advice anybody who hasnt been called if he or she did his or her CBT since on friday or saturday to storm their maritime house and lodge his or her complaints. I wasnt cald 4 chat but i am presently in their ofis. I hav been put on hold though but i am sure it wil be reslvd b4 i leave. My observations - the procedure lacks coordination hence the unexplainabl reason why some people were not cald. There are so many persons being called who are not present and there are many peopl present whose names are presently no where to be found. I wil bring u details as events unfold.

Did mine ds afternoon n d questions were exactly as mentioned earlier--- Cus Ser duties, their importance in a coy, Mtn hardwares, smartphones etc. Well, an insider told me dey'll b needin up a thousnd candidates, so d hopefuls shud nt worry cos we all wil definitely get d job. Pls if u've done ur CBT since last wk n u're yet 2 b invited, I suggest u go there n table ur complaints dey'll attend 2 u. All d best house!
