I did my CBT on friday and i got 23wpm/79 percent accuracy. Sure u will nw by God grace as far u scored gud grade. Cheers

@olushola2bello and yimika11 pls how was ur chat,what does it entail,i mean the questions and stuffs?......I just received a call and sms congratulating me and inviting me for a chat 2mrw at the same CBT venue.....I was told to come along with all my original credentials... Thank God we are moving there and we will reach our destination.

just learn about MTN PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.Some of the questions asked from me and some that did today are
1.what qualities should a call centre agent posses 2.why do companies need customer service centers 3.is phcn customer service Good or Bad etc a friend was even told to define the word adherence and extra mile.There's this harsh female interviewer,every one that interviewed with her complained,was told she is the head of the interview team.Also,The CBT test continued today.I pray we all get called for the training.

thank God 4 his mercies. its done IJN. i did my CHAT 2day nd it turned out to b d best interview i have ever done. was interviewed by a fair, gentle lady nd has a gud customer care service attitude, nd was asked: i: giv 2 qualities of a team lead, ii: y is a customer called king, iii: wat MTN package i am using nd y? iv: btw KFC nd PHCN who has a better customer service nd y do i feel so? wishing all us d best nd luking forward to the TRAINING.

A guy that works there told us the day we did our test, that its a recruitment. I guess no one wil knw exactly d total numbr of people they want.

bout how many people MTN want to employ for this post this time around can only be answered by the management or top officials of MTN.. But going by last year recruiting of this nature and for this job,they recruited not less than 750 divided into batches for training... It is well, tomorrow would be great IJN.

@all, just chill....d chat went well, very easy. U won't b asked more dan 3 questions. List mtn products, qualities of a good customer service agent, wot does it mean to go d extra mile for ur customer, y is d customer king, etc. But d lady told me we will b resuming in ajah o, so u guys should start looking for accomodation. Twas quite an easy interview. God has definitely done dis for us.

No its not true, a lady was called and she is using airtel...Just relax cos hope is high that the call 4 chat continues,its like a list,all qualified and pass their cut-off mark will be get invite..... @davfemi,oseluck,ajeyemisi and others coming for the chat 2mrw,wish to see u guys,mine is 11am..Gudluck

If you wrote d test on saturday,don't fret. I wrote on thursday and was called monday. Be patient and prepare!

Early last year,I was also in dis forum seeking info like dis but today I'm proudly an MTNer.Just want to encourage u guys to av faith cos wat is urs will neva pass u by IJN.If u were invited for d chat/interview be 95% sure of d job if u're fluent in english language.Also read abt MTN prdts n pls note dat 'prdts' is not same as 'services'.Feel free to make enquiries,I'll be more dan glad to assist.Seeing u guys as colleagues already.Welcome on board and God bless yall.

This is sickening!!! I did my CBT on Friday, got 83%25wpm, and no invite still. All I knw d@ got 70sth%15-25wpm have been called!!! Empty hen(MTN) wetin dey appen nah??? U bera call me now now!!!
