I got a call n text from mtn for a chat on monday too,my accuracy was 77% n speed 16wpm.what shld we expect for the chat?

@all: Did mine today too, wasn't tensed when I started, but it just came naturally as I was in the middle of the test, when I finished the first part on the screen, all error free, until it scrolls down and the nervousness set in, but all praces to God, I was able to calm it to the bearest minimum. I eventually had 83%accuracy, 30 wpm(gross) and 25wpm(net).
As per the next stage, I'll suggest We all make more research abt MTN, their current promos and trend in d comm industry. One of their guys who gave me a lift hint me on this and also told us to be confident and be sure of woteva we're saying. The result is just being collated and anyone(me 2) who havn't got d text or mail 4 d next stage shldn't panic, I heard d CBT will also be in continum until Tuesday, so let's prepare within that time frame. God is doing it. All is well!!!

Pls answer so that we will know how soon they contact after CBT.. Lets keep the hope high and success will be ours IJN..

I had 21wpm/94% accuracy and i've not been called yet. The guy that scored d highest in my batch-32wpm/94% has been called. He told me they called him 3x because of system error. They will surely call. Keeping hope alive :)

i did my CBT test on Thursday morning and was called for the chat Friday afternoon.i had 17wpm and 92% accuracy.

The interview chat cannot be more than tell me abt urself,and when answering make sure the follow info on ur cv and add more it excluded,questions abt MTN,their products and even abt the type of mtn plan u are using, questions relating to how to handle aggrieved customers and customer satisfaction in general...

@biggflame yes you are right. The questions will be of such. peeps should be familiar with what's on their CVs especially job experiences etc.

@inumidun, I did mine yesterday so am expecting a call for the chat on monday by God's grace..The recruitment process will be fast oo cos by this time last yr some people are already in training and other batches waiting for theirs too... We will meet at the training,it is well....

Wish I can have that spirit but I'm not coz I am confused due to being presently engaged and dont knw what this pple package look like so that I will not goof and regret.
