1 Principal investment associates
2 Principal investment associate- Real estate

3 Senior associate Investment bankers
4 Junior associate investment bankers
5 Investment Analysts
6 Research associates

• Superior analytical reasoning and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills - able to succinctly express complex ideas (verbally and in writing)
• Strong interpersonal skills, maturity and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Attention to detail and highly organized
• Strong IT skills required for all roles

1. Business advisory and experience from consulting background in business development are preferred . Minimum of
2 Minimum of 4 to 6 years in real estate business in Nigeria required
3 Investment banking experience with minimum experience of 5 years
4 Investment banking experience with minimum experience of two years
5 Investment banking experience with minimum experience of two years
6 Analytical skills with preferably numerical back ground
