Investment Banking Analyst

A non-bank financial institution based in Lagos, Nigeria is seeking to fill the positiom of an Investment Banking Analyst Job Functions •    Modell ing and Financial analysis using Microsoft Excel •    Preparing presentations for clients, investors and internal committees •    Conductin g comprehensive market research and business due diligence •   &nbsprafting transaction memos and offering documents •    Communicat ing regularly with clients, attorneys and all other parties involved in a transaction Qualifications •     Minimum Second Class Upper Degree should be in: o    Finance/Accounting o    Mathematics/Statistics o    Engineering /Physics or o    Economics/Business Administration •    Prior investment banking related work/extracurricular experience will be looked upon favourably General Competencies The candidate must demonstrate the following skills: •    Superior analytical reasoning and problem solving skills •    Excellent communication skills - able to succinctly express complex ideas (verbally and in writing) •    Strong interpersonal skills, maturity and ability to work effectively as part of a team •    Attention to detail and highly organized •    Efficient and goal oriented •    Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word All applicants should register, upload their CV and apply for this vacancy via the Company’s website www.cardinal-stone.com on or before January 20, 2013.
