Investment Banking Analyst

A non-bank financial institution based in Lagos, Nigeria is seeking an officer to fill the position of an Investment Banking Analyst

Job Functions

• Modelling and Financial analysis using Microsoft Excel
• Preparing presentations for clients, investors and internal committees
• Conducting comprehensive market research and business due diligence
• Drafting transaction memos and offering documents
• Communicating regularly with clients, attorneys and all other parties involved in a transaction

Qualifications

• Minimum Second Class Upper Degree should be in:
  
  • Finance/Accounting
  • Mathematics/Statistics
  • Engineering /Physics or
  • Economics/Business Administration
  
  
• Prior investment banking related work/extracurricular experience will be looked upon favourably

The candidate must demonstrate the following skills:
