Job Description
Chazah Real Estate is an organization born in response to the need to provide world class accommodation and infrastructure reflective of today’s technological advancement.
In only three years of our existence, we have delivered over 100 units of serviced plots for investment purposes, 250 units of buildable plots for immediate development and a 40 units luxury estate under construction.

Key Responsibilities:
How can a world class Investment Company survive without money? That is where you come in! it is your job to bring in the money creatively and trust me you will be handsomely rewarded. If you get this job, you will help us;
Lead the generation and identification of new opportunities with existing, former and new clients
Qualify customers by determining needs, ability-to-buy and decision making capability
Conceptualise, articulate and meet client’s aspirations by packaging relevant investment solutions
Pro-actively search and establish communications with individuals and organizations that can benefit from Chazah Real Estates’ products and services with strong executive presence
Research and truly understand competitors’ strengths and weaknesses while effectively articulating Chazah’s competitive advantage
Consistently meet revenue targets and margin responsibilities
Develop and maintain client relationships

Desired skills:
High investment acumen , drive and confidence along with demonstrated work ethic, integrity, and professional conduct and appearance
Excellent negotiator , business justification and closing skills
Highly driven with a sense of urgency; ability to lead and drive efforts with minimal direction
A pro-active self-starter, personable, who can operate both individually and as part of a team
Passion to keep up-to-speed with industry news and competitive trends

Qualification:
Degree from a reputable university (Engineering, social science preferably)
1-3years’ experience preferably with relevant experience in similar industry with a good track record of performance
