Position: INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER

The Job:


  • Develops creative ways of communicating with employees for prompt buy-in of organisational development/employee engagement initiatives
  • Arranges and ensures effective employee engagement sessions
  • Implements and evaluates the Company communication plan
  • Assumes responsibility for the quality, excellence, and consistency of internal communication materials
  • Writes, edits and ensures prompt circulation of internal communication publications
  • Uploads information in the HR website portal
  • Manages all Company notice boards
