Position: INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER
The Job:
- Develops creative ways of communicating with employees for prompt buy-in of organisational development/employee engagement initiatives
- Arranges and ensures effective employee engagement sessions
- Implements and evaluates the Company communication plan
- Assumes responsibility for the quality, excellence, and consistency of internal communication materials
- Writes, edits and ensures prompt circulation of internal communication publications
- Uploads information in the HR website portal
- Manages all Company notice boards
