Inec recruitment 2013 ( screening update )

Hello House, I want to know your opinion abt the last text message i got from INEC about there recruitment....The last messages goes thus:

MESSAGE
PLS DISREGARD EARLIER TEXTS MESSGS. DATE FOR THE SCREENING IS 24TH JANUARY 2013 AND VENUE IS INEC LAGOS OFFICE. ALL OTHER INFO ASIDE DATE & VENUE REMAINS VALID...

A broda of mine applied and he was invited for an aptitude test, after the test, he was sent text messages to informed him that he should report to INEC LAGOS OFFICE on 15th January, at Exactly 8.00am and now the new message he got was the one i wrote above... Please what is your comment on this...? Should he disregard the previous text messages as stated in the last text message or he should go there on 15th and if nothing happens, he should report back on 24th ?
