IMPORT/LOGISTICS OFFICER
JOB FUNCTION

  • Plan the transfer and storage of products from one place to another
  • Provide technical support to field officers
  • Implement best clearing and forwarding practices
  • Review existing logistics method and suggest any betterment as required
  • Design, implement all contracts that are required for the management of the warehousing system
  • Defend company standards
  • Develop methods of tracking products available in warehouse
  • Any other activity as required


QUALIFICATION

  • B.Sc./HND in material management, business administration or other related discipline
  • A related professional affiliation is desirable
  • 5-7 years working experience
  • Be conversant with Microsoft office suit (i.e excel)

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • Must be young and self motivated
  • Excellent writing, communication, organizational and interpersonal skill is a must
  • Good negotiation skill
  • Be able to train others
  • Good knowledge of Nigerian import and export system
  • Be a team player
