Insiteful Solutions and Consult requires the services of a qualified and experienced candidate for this position and must be a residence of lagos and ibadan in oyoy state respectively.



Job summary
The administrative/Human Resource support staff is responsible for two broad functions – assisting in administrative/vendor/office tasks (as supervised by the Studio Centre Manager) and overseeing accounting.




Responsibilities:
Administrative duties:

  • Maintain the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
  • Provide document and telecommunication management.
  • Develop and implement new administrative systems
  • Organize the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment;
  • Ensuring that processes and procedures are best practice compliant
  • Manage and maintain all equipment, facilities, assets and ensuring a safe and secure work environment
  • Manage all supplier relationships by constantly updating procedures for
  • Improved and quality service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory authorities.
  • Provide secretarial support to management team
  • Any other duties as required




Human Resource Management

  • Job description, competency & performance indicators drafting
  • Updating and editing of staff payroll and suggesting and implementing new and updates pay packages in Line with company salary structure and pay grades
  • Compliance monitoring (handled strictly and based upon approval/recommendations forwarded from our Management team and in line with employment laws)
  • Overseeing day to day hr and admin activities
  • Creation and implementation of motivational programs and techniques for staff
  • Implementation of company induction, orientation and training programmes
  • Ensuring company compliance with all Nigerian labour laws
  • Any other duties as required






Key Performance Indicators

  • Up to date records including minutes of meetings, receipts, and bank records
  • Up to date accounts and customer bills
  • Proactive management of vendor and client accounts
  • Follow up activities as regards outstanding payments
  • Clean and tidy office and its environ
  • Maintenance of systems as it pertains to company visitors
  • Scanning and copying of all documents
  • Maintenance of excellent records with vendors
  • Prompt carrying out of all assignments assigned by the office of executive management and administrative/accounts department
  • Basic network administrative support
  • Call out to technical support staff as and when needed
  • Proactive maintenance of office hardware





Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A minimum of a degree in a relevant field
  • 1-3 years experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
