Job Title: GRADUATE TRAINEE-IT SUPPORT
Job Description
The candidate will be required to monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks. He/She will install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a similar role and must possess Basic IT Support skills.
Job Functions
Deploy PCs and associated peripherals including new installations and the redeployment of existing equipment.
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
Replacing parts as required.
Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
Educational Qualifications
A good bachelor’s degree or HND in Sciences/Engineering or any IT related fields.
Experience/Skills
0-2 years post NYSC working experience in a reputable firm
Excellent knowledge of DELL and HP Hardware
Proficiency in MS Office suite, Internet technologies, Windows 7/XP/Vista, Anti-virus apps, Windows 200X Server, DHCP, Enterprise Service Desk.
Knowledge of Cisco Networks
Relevant Microsoft and CISCO Certification a plus
Job Title: Career Counselor.
The candidate shall be responsible to the Director of Advising and Career Services for providing leadership for career services.
Job Functions:
Receive and help in directing the students in choosing their career studying the market and the inclination of the students.
Provide comprehensive services and information resources that enable students to take active responsibility for their career decision and job search
Equipping students for making career plans by facilitating awareness of their work related strengths, interests, and values and understanding the world of work
preparing students for finding suitable employment by enhancing their job search skills and capacity to express the relevance of strengths to employers
Fostering relationships with the employer community to provide students with opportunities to develop professional skills, integrate academic learning from work, and find jobs.
Educational Qualifications

The candidate shall be responsible to the Head, sales and Marketing are responsible for developing marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
