    @all, Av just conducted a discrete investigation now and confirmed dt d call for address from ICPC is state by state and is alphebetical order. It was also confirmed dt as at Friday 10th and Monday 13th they were on N and O. Pls has any other person gotten any msg to confirm ds and whats the first le3ter of ur state.

    Mine starts from O and I got the text on Monday. It no longer a news dt those that got the text are successfull applicants based on what i confirmed yesterday nite from a staff. The challenge they are all facing is that they all sign oath of secrecy whcih guides the kind of statement they make in the public. Dts why they are using all ds evasive words to avoid being quoted verbatm.
