I just finished speaking with dt man now, what he said is "relax we av not finished, call again by end of ds month. Best of luck
I spoke with d guy dat sent dat sms dis morning and he said he shld be called by next week,d end of d month dat den tins will have been perfected. I also asked him of dos dat have nt been called so far and he asked if I have any person in mind,I den quoted a fren from Yobe state and also gave him d persons name and he said he will check,he didn't say weda d call for address has ended or not. Odas can call him and verify too and let's see if we are on dsame page......

@Ajalaye, I'm just sitting behind watching post one after d other, I'm much around. I staff from ICPC came to my house on sallah day to greet our family,he ask me if I was call frm dem to give some info,I said yes"address". I ask him what is it all about?does it mean we are successful? He said to me:"keep praying n have little patience for a while,I will not say much to u" he just smile. But nevertheless i will call a man from ICPC after work 2moro 2 hear whats up about our issue.

I just called him. He seems pretty busy but managed to tell me that this whole thing is based on performance when I asked him about the fate of those that were not called for their contact address.
