@all, I want this Hon. house to clarify me on the followings:-
1.Was this recruitment not budgeted in the previous year i.e 2010 or 2011?
2. Don't you think that a recruitment of this nature shouldn't last more than a month to avoid the reason of setting up the commission? Remember,justice delay is justice denied!
