    I am not surprise they prefered a Masters degree holder as a graduate trainee. These multinationals have taken our educational certificates as a joke. It started with ExxonMobil.

    Just got a mail from IBM asking me to write an Essay and submit it on the 16th of April. Has anyone else gotten this?

    yes i did, i just submitted mine like an hour ago. Not sure how good it was though, i didn't think the word limit was enough to thoroughly go through the issues.

    P.s how come yours was due on the 16th of April, miy deadline was for 12th of April and they told me on the 5th so exactly one week. I wonder if we had different topics

    Hello folks! Hmm I also got the essay instruction to submit on Apr 12. I will be writing mine now. Has anyone of you guys attended their recruitment process in the past or heard some friends or relatives done that before? Their recruitment process seems unique. Just hope its worth it.
