Pls i just received my waec appointment letter but the issue is that they said you should accept before thirty days and it was dated november 25 but i just got it now bu courrier. Plz has anybody gotten the letter and did you report to the head office? And if you work there, hope i wont have problem? Now that there is strike. Pls i need to hear from you all. God is able

Congrat bros u dont have to be panic. A friend of mine got apointment wit dem last year around feb but he got d apointment letter around may.he is wit dem now so bros cool.

@ ambitious, u dont need 2 worry @all. there is a notice dat came wit d envelope of d offer of appointment leta sayin dat u shd discountenance d last paragraph of ur offer of appointment leta.
dat shd take ur fear away.i got mine last wed in their office n i av since given dem ma acceptance leta n medical is ongoing.
report 2 their office on Hagley street afta d strike action.congrats!

Congrats ambitious. Guess you are one of the Exam officers. Please if i may ask, what level are you guys in the aapointment letter? Is it assistant registrar, or another cadre? Congrats once again

Kaykush, we are on the exam officer cadre and i have been wondering why not assistant registrar. I asked someone at their office and he said exam officers are not management staff and a former staff told me its difficult to become assistant registrar if u are in the exam officer cadre. Now considering the fact that am a trainee in of of the top banks in Nigeria, i honestly dont want to bring myself to playing second fiddle in a place like waec. If you have any info or advice abt this, pls share.

@DonBiri, I wrote my test on 18th december 2010 and went for interview on 24th of September 2011 so you can see you dont need to worry.
Some of us are still waiting 4 d appointment letters, is there any hope. We did interview in july, 2011. Any info will b appreciated

Anybody in the hz wit inf as 2 wen d induction training commences and 4 hw long? D appointment is 4rm wen or carryin different date? Wot is on currently? D whole thing is lukin disorderly. Courier service should contact leta owners via their fone nos in case of difficulties or wrong addresses. I think they v nt dn a nyc job, simple.
Simon, go 2 waec office on Hagley street off Jibowu street Yaba 2 check 4 ur leta.resumption date is btw feb 1st n feb 18th bt we r advised 2 resume on feb 1st 4 postin n other instructions.

I got my leta wit WAEC yesterday, submitted my acceptance letter. We r nw w8in 4 our postin letters. God wil do 4 oda hopefuls.
