3. Communicatevarious policies, strategies and benefits to employees in the company.
4. Issuingand communicating Human resource Letters issued (Appointment letter ,Conformationletter , Offer Letter)
5. MaintainingEmployee records,Time-keeping, Attendance records & Leave Records.
6. Allother HR generalist functions.
7. Performother duties and responsibilities as required by the Human resources manager.
8. Maintaining the human resource databases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
