Our Client, a Leading Bank in Nigeria is looking for a Human Capital Administrative Officer

Job Description:

• Documents filing in staff files
• Creation of files for all new staff
• Retrieval of documents from staff files as requested
• Archiving and retrieving of Staff files from archives
• Store requisition and administration of stationeries
• In charge of Incoming and Outgoing mails
• In charge of time -stamping machine and safe
• Retrieval of staff files for HR staff, Auditors and other stake holders use.
• Other administrative functions

Skills Requirement: Good Organizational skills , attention to detail, hardworking, goal oriented, can take ownership, High level of integrity and discrete with information

Qualification: OND only with a minimum of Lower Credit.

Location: Victoria Island

Salary: very attractive and commensurate with the role.
