QUALIFICATION
Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Business Admin., Social Science or any related qualification
Professional Qualification will be an added advantage
THE SUITABLE CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS

- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint – a must.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize

JOB SPECIFICATION
- Identify and plan training needs and opportunities, job descriptions, performance reviews and personnel policies of the organization.
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution
- Monitor and measure staff performance.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports and other personnel management services.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
- Planning and scheduling projects and ensuring timely completion.
- Composing, designing and editing correspondence and reports.
