Job Description
Sleek Nigeria was launched on the 11th of November 2007 and the response has been phenomenal. The fashion savvy, ever trendy Nigerian woman has embraced sleek without reservation. Sleek Cosmetics is filling a gap in Nigeria created by the lack of affordable yet high quality cosmetics. We need the services of a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies and equipment
Coordinate office functions and events
Make travel arrangements for staff/ executive management when necessary
Assist in coordinating and documentation Human resources Information
Develop and deliver written and verbal communication for all employees concerning benefits and HR policies and procedures
Establish formal recruitment activities, including screening and hiring new employees
Carryout induction for newly hired employees
Maintain accurate and complete personnel files
Perform administrative functions for executive management as required.
Extends administrative support to departments dealing with the task of editing, typing, mailing, and filing.
Keeps an account of the documentation details and every kind of information relating to products, sales, support, and cost of the company
Monitors the work of back office personnel and supervises the performance of assistants and other members of the organization.
Responsible for scheduling meetings, checking product quality, and deadlines of subordinates.
Provides support to other departments of the organization and manages projects of the company.
Reviewing and managing office budget and expenditure.
Training his subordinates and evaluating their performance as they participate in growth of the organization.
Coordinate daily maintenance of office premises as required
Qualifications and Requirements:
Degree
1-3 years experience
Excellent computer user skills
Excellent presentation and negotiating skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong multi-tasking and people management skills
Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced and team environment
