How Much is a Good Salary in Nigeria?

Considering the economic situation in the country, it interest me to know how much is a good salary for a Fresh Graduate who has just completed a Management/Graduate Trainee program? It also interest me to know how much is a good salary for a level 8 employee in a Federal parastatal?
