Hnd insourcing/firstbank

Som hnd dat test in oshogbo last dec are Jos now 4 training.wat is hapening wit dos dat did test in nov 2010? Am tire of insourcing.any gud new?

Wen were they called for training? Am among dat of dec 2010 in benin zone, why are they doing dis 2 us! Pls confirm well am yet to believe dis.

my people, dont look at me as some kind of "bad belle". The truth is dat insourcing work is slavery. U do all the work but get nothing in return. 60k for ond and 74k for hnd is not bad, but wen u enter and core staff's collect pay4performance(free money), cost of leave adjustment(another free money), and a defined career path dat sees a core staff entitled 2 as much as 3m per annum. The pain wuld pierce your heart so deep dat u wuld curse insourcing and 1st bank wit all d strength u can muster. I hav been wit dem 4 3years, havin joined in 2008 b4 i graduated. Now dat i hav 'meandered' my way through service, these aspiration killers told us point blank dat there's no conversion and went ahead to screen us out in d just concluded firstbank test. U can come in if u like but remember 2hav future plans outside insourcing else u wuld remember reading this and shake ur head while weeping.

3m is ur total entitlement as a 'staff' of 1st bank one year after being employed as a graduate trainee(after confirmation). I hav young guys, some whom i squatted wen they were recruited. Wen they find their feet, they form a clique, havin discovered your contract status. The marginalization is so high.

U ve spoken well my brother he ho have ears let him hear. You may be castigated by fellow hotjobbers but thats the truth I had similar experience (6 years of slavery) with Access bank and BHP it is always painfull but thank God i made my way to the public service

I agree wit adili and elbuche cos I served wit firstbank,dere is a great gap btw contract staff and d core staffs.And d funniest tin is dat is d contract staffs dat re doin d work and dey re not entitle 2anytin.while d core staffs av d many many allowances and benefit.na only God fit help us o

@all, abeg how much does firstbank pay bsc holders, at graduate trainee level and after confirmarion if hnd nd ond is as stated above, cos i tot dey were paying well o.

I got an info dat FBN is about to convert d most effective insourcing employee in each branch to full time staffs, and they call more people for trainning soon to replace them, @baaluk and gbengafolak any news from ur end?
