Help:I need info About Job Mark

Pls house,I'm new here and i need info abt Job Mark.A msg was sent 2 my phone from them that they heard that I am a graduate and dat they have a job for me so I shd visgt their site.When I checked d site they ask me to pay 2k into their Gtb Acct b4 submitting my CV and dat they will collect 10% of my salary for 10 mths after getting me a job.Please is dis real and shd i proceed?Thanks
