Reports to: MD/CEO

The Role:

• Supervise the Microfinance banking Operations and must have a strong operations background.
• Excellent managerial skills, innovative and creative.
• Oversee daily operations of the microfinance bank, with a view to delivering on the profit goals and core values of the bank
