Head of Marketing/CRM

A leading Lagos company in the retail industry requires a qualified candidate for the position of Head of Marketing/CRM.
Main Purpose of the Job:

• To be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• 1. Develop strategies to maintain and increase the company’s active and effective online presence
• 2. Provide market analysis information pertaining to competitors, trends and activities
• 3. Ensuring effective, branded marketing communications including the company website, print communication, and advertising
• 4. Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for product lines
• 5. Plan strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market
• 6. Develop strategies for the growth in sales of company products and services; annual marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department
• 7. Coordinate periodic sales promotions, advertising and media plans
• 8. Plan and co-ordinate, liaising with suppliers, to deliver marketing and promotional material to deadlines.
• 9. Managing launch campaigns for new products

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 1. Degree in Marketing or any related course
• 2. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in marketing and proven track record
• 3. Self motivated and passionate
• 4. Negotiation and presentation skills
• 5. Excellent marketing skills
• 6. Very strong written and communication
• 7. Strategy and execution
