Incorporated in Nigeria as a private company, it acquired the Unified Access License from the Federal Government in January 2007.Etisalat has been the telecommunications service provider in the United Arab Emirates since 1976 and has footprints in 18 countries traversing the Middle East, Asia and Africa. In its many years of operations, it has built up state-of-the-art telecom infrastructure and taken a leadership position of innovation, and quality service delivery among regional and international operators.Responsibilities:Facilitate and drive Etisalat Nigeria’s distribution strategy to deliver a first class supply chain network for the business.Take overall responsibility for both inbound and outbound logistics as well as manage all interfaces.Take overall responsibility for warehousing, including monitoring stock levels, despatches and deliveries, goods in transit, etc.Develop relevant policies, processes and procedures to secure Etisalat Nigeria’s supply chain in line with international best practice.Cultivate effective and sustainable relationships with government agencies, including the Department of Customs and Excise.Ensure all logistics-related operations comply with applicable environmental, health, safety and other regulatory rules and regulations.Evaluate and review Etisalat Nigeria’s logistics operations and business practices, streamline and/ or eliminate non-value adding activities.Ensure the existence, maintenance and functioning of an adequate system of internal controls across the entire supply chain.Develop and manage the logistics operations budget and all related fiscal forecasting and planning activities.Manage the warehousing and logistics team; and provide day to day leadership and guidance.Qualification/Experience:First degree or equivalent in relevant disciplines.A post-graduate degree and/ or professional qualifications/ certifications will provide an advantage.Between eight (8) and twelve (12) years’ directly relevant post-NYSC work experience.How to Apply:Interested candidates should apply within.http://www.jobberman.com/job/168269/...salat-nigeria/
