Our clients is one of the fastest growing Consumer lending institution in the financial services sector in Nigeria, it has witnessed exponential growth in its operations in Nigeria since inception in 2007 and is currently looking to expand outside Nigeria.
As part of its drive and ambition to expand and grow, it is now seeking to recruit a strategically minded certificated and highly experienced Corporate Development Manager. This is a Senior Management role and the successful candidate will work closely with MD/CEO and the management team and will be responsible for ensuring:


1. Effective and seamless end to end operational process management and improvement
2. Full alignment of operational processes with approved guideline (Control &Compliance)
3. Achievement of set operational and efficiency targets (around NPL’s and CIR’s)
4. Development of peculiar operational and frameworks in various locations across the country and beyond.
5. Implementation and management of key planning and policy matters.
6. Full corporate governance at all levels
7. Strategic Human Capital management


The ideal candidate:
• Mature and dynamic men and women.
• Must have extensive sales experience across Nigeria and other African countries .As well as operational experience in a retail setting.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in similar role with 5 years at senior levels
• CIBN, ICAN or any financial related qualification will be added advantage
