REQUIREMENTS:

• B.Sc in Social Sciences/Marketing
  
• professional Certificates
  
• Minimum of 5 years strategy, sales or marketing experience
  
• minimum of 2 years Managerial experience.
  

JOB DESCRIPTION: ·Set the Corporate Structure for all Sales and Marketing Programs
·Advise in Global Partner Development and Focus ·Keep current on all Product Development Roadmaps ·Keep appraised on current Market and Competitive Trends ·Manage the marketing/sales function
·Identify and define customer needs
·Package and offer service to customers
·Liaise with other departments to agree pricing
·Manage all customer relationships
·Develop and Execute our Marketing Plan ·Establish the IntroIT Brand ·Recruit and Retain Marketing/PR/Ad Agency to assist in marketing effort ·Responsible for the effectiveness of the Plan and Agency ·Actively Grow the Partner Network ·Meet with Key Partners as necessary to ensure full support and understanding of product line as it evolves, and to ensure that each Key Partner is properly set up ·Establish and monitor the company Lead Generation Program ·Responsible
