A microfinance bank situated in Ojuelegba, Lagos requires suitable candidates for the position of Head, Banking Operations.
QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting or any discipline
- Minimum of 5 years experience with at least 2-3 spent in managerial capacity
- In-depth knowledge about the functions and workings of all units of Banking operations
- High level of integrity
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Analytical,highly organized and ability to pay attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent supervisory abilities
- Good understanding of Marketing and Customer Service principles.
