Job Position:Group Human Resources Manager
Job description:

• Reporting to Managing Director
• Initiate, Coordinate and implement effective human resources to meet organisational goals
• develop an effective work force plan to meet immediate and long term talent acquisition objectives
• adopting best practice recruiting techniques to attract quality personnel
• designing an effective performance management system
• establishing appropriate talent development plans to strengthen leadership and maintain technical expertise in all functional areas
• developing and maintaining cordial and productive relations with employee stake holder group.

Qualification:

• must be aged between 40-50 years
• degree qualified in human resources management or social science or business related discipline
• 15 years post graduation experience or at least 5 in a similar role in a reputable company
• excellent managerial and interpersonal skills
