Responsibilities

• Mechanical Engineering graduates with options in automobile engineering.
• Relevant experience in reputable automobile engineering company

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER ( FOR IBADAN, OSOGBO)
Responsibility

• Expand business in the region
• Responsible for entire sales activities within the region
• Should have a valid drivers’ licence

BRANCH MANAGER (FOR IBADAN)
Responsibility

• Accountable for day to day running of the branch
• Responsible for overall sales activities
• Manage sales budget

FRONT DESK OFFICER ( FOR IBADAN)
Responsibility

• Attend to visitors promptly and courteously
• Attend to telephone calls while making use of register and appropriate documents
• Receive incoming mails and send to the appropriate office
• Ensures effective call back to follow up with clients’ enquires.
• Maintain and update client contact details
• Coordinates travel and hotel reservation details for the management team
• Ensures that the office assistant carries out his/her routine functions

WARRANTY OFFICERS
Responsibility

• To be responsible for checking, verifying and processing vehicle warranty
• Must have acquired relevant experience in warranty services from reputable automobile companies

SERVICE ADVISORS
Responsibility

• Understand customers’ complaints and prepare the job card, evaluate and diagnose faults, prepare cost estimates, liaising with the workshop to ensure effective customer service.
• Should have a valid drivers’ licence

BOOKING OFFICERS
Responsibility

• Booking customers vehicle for repairs and servicing
• Follow through on customers’ request and ensuring satisfaction for them

DRIVERS
Responsibility

• A minimum of 5years experience in driving
• Should hold a valid driving license
• Should have good knowledge of road safety rules and procedure
• Knowledge of Lagos routes will be an advantage.

SECRETARIES
Responsibility

• Must have quality experience in secretarial duties
• Could have National Diploma or SSCE

CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER (Logistics)
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
