Responsible for ensuring business growth through
directing and managing business development activities in accordance with the
Company’s strategy. Leading and overseeing the development and growth of
profitable new businesses as well as sustenance on existing ones. Developing
and maintaining key relationship and strategic partnerships.
EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree in Social Sciences/Sciences

Product development
and origination of business ideas
Have sufficient
knowledge of all the Company’s business products and services and be able to
identify potential opportunities
Develop, review and
report on the business development division’s strategy ensuring the strategic
objectives are well understood and executed.
Develop and lead the
Business Development team in sourcing, managing and implementing new business
opportunities.
Oversees marketing,
promotion, delivery and quality of business development services.
Managing, monitoring,
reporting and communication in regard to financial and physical resources,
administration and budgeting.
Liaise with other executive
heads on the implementation of the company’s strategic and operational plans.
Impact the
profitability of the company through ensuring strategic and tactical
management decisions and new business development results.
Contribute to the
development and refinement of Company’s vision and strategy.
