please house i just got a text from glo inviting me to come for an interview on saturday the 21st of August @ jos

please anyone with similar text.

and please what to expect will be appreciated.

It would really help if you can state the position you applied for and when you applied, that would help who ever has info to give you the right information.

some one helped me to apply that was last two weeks but d position , i guess he said sales men.

OK THATS INTERESTING MABIE ITS FOR ANOTHER POSITION AS THE CURRENT POSTINGS BY GLO IS FOR FIXED TERM BASED IN THE EAST AND NORTHERN PARTS OF NIGERIA. BUT ALL THE SAME. GOOD LUCK.

@Akesman please just got text from glo 4 interview change of venue at enugu but no time or date and the number has been ringin but no reply...pls very urgent...what should we expect please?

I submit hardcopy.mine is on saturday 21st by 11.00am @Nondon Hotel,ituku st, upper chime ,new haven Enugu.pls who else got d same venue &date.info pls

Yea for real, i got the invite too in Jos at Stefan Hotel, Rayfield, Jos for Sunday at 9am. Lets just attend and hear them out. Anyone going should go with all credentials and passport photo pls.

@ Chikamalu, I advice u to send a text to enquire about d time and date to d no that sent u d text. I had d same problem and called but no picking. I then sent t text and it was replied.

@ sammyluv, i submitted a soft copy but unknowingly a friend of mine submitted a hard copy for me so i dont know which one worked.
@ axeman85 its for the fix term stuff but i dont know why he told me dat he applied for a salesman cos i dont think when i did my app. online if positions were really stated.
my venue is @ jos, stephan hotels but i chose nassarawa in my app..

my fear now is the time 5pm how can an interview time be scheduled @ such late a time. i dey fear sha.
has any one in d house done a fix contract thing to know d contract length .

thats good to hear BUT wetin be the pay scale sef since the job no be permanent one and will they be making provisions for those that dont live in any of these states BUT going there to work for them ?

Don't be scared. It's not a new thing for GLO to schedule interviews that late (5pm). I have a friend who did her interview with them sumtime this year(in Lagos) who did hers at exactly that time and sum others who did theirs 4pm. One thing about GLO is that they can call you for interview at any time. It could be on a Sunday, odd hours in the evening. etc. The most important thing is that you're prepared. Wish you all the best though. Hope I was to calm your fears :)

i was also invited. mine is in lagos, saka tinubu on Tuesday 24th. but not sure of the position cause i applied for salesmen about two months ago, and i also applied for the temporary job.

Guys i submitted online i am based in Lagos but was invited to Enugu on Sunday by 8am. i learnt some people has been told to ignore the invitation that there will be a Lagos batch.

my own venue is saka tinubu too, on 24th. I implore those that are doin today, tomoro and on sunday to pls come bak and hint us on
-Questn types
-the Pay
-Duration of contract
-the position(since most of us don't know if it's the salesmen thing or customr rep.)

Plz those that were invited, was it through your glo lines? 'cos i just heard that they don't send out invites through other networks.

@Konfessor- Dat assertion is completely false. Its not true. I hv frnds who got d IV tru their MTN numbers

I got my iv on my mtn line,for kaduna state,ad i submited a soft copy.my interview is stated 4 sunday 10am,.i guess most of d people called are 2.1,ad prepare urself with alot of informatn abt glo, current informations on sim registrations,ad questions on language skills,presentation skills ad all u claim on ur cv. Currently i work wit samsung,ad i dnt knw hw disposal d job will be 4 me,bt i intend honoring d iv,u never can tell.

i didn't get but i also sent a mail to them is it not for the temp position in north and east...

the iv is for the temp job , fixed term contract. with the look of things and it was advertised on here with an email address asking people to send their cvs to, but also i believe some people also submitted at glo offices as well.

@ebri pauline egu, Glo does the Un-thinkable most time. A friend of mine attended their interview sometime last year by 2am. Though it was the final stage when they where supposed to meet with the Oga KpataKpata.
So do not Bother ur self about the time just go.

@yucee, i went 2 glo office at new market rd onitsha today and i was told by d gatemen dat they have conducted d interview at head bridge branch on tuesday.

@Xtanburg, depends on where you're coming from,Saka Tinubu is in Victoria Island and can be linked from Adeola Odeku Street in Victoria Island,when there,ensure u ask for number 38.To all the invitees in the house,I wish you all success in your interviews.Read everything u can about Glo,dress smartly,talk loudly and confidently,most of all pray for God's favour.You can also read more posts on Glo interview.Cheers.

I got mine through my MTN number and for those waiting for a fresh schedule at Lagos, dont even try it, just go to ur destination before waiting. Goodluck

hello house, so far we @ jos are back from our interview scheduled for saturday 21st august.
i was for the 5pm shift but the turn up of candidates was so alarming dat even those for 3pm
shift were still on while we waited for them. finally those of us for 5pm left the venue (not every one) but i left around
8.30pm.
the requirement is- guys 2:1, girls 2:2 accepted(basic requirement)
questions just description of yourself n why you want to work with GLO.
Dress smartly. gud luck.
