1. Assure orders and shipping quantities match documents through careful audit
2. Liaise with local ministries
3. Assist in resolving any discrepancies.?
4. Container assistance at ports
5. Help with or complete special projects at the discretion Management

6. Processes necessary invoices to appropriate office for payment.?
7. Assemble packaging materials and packages merchandise per instructions, in preparation for shipment
8. Enter data into the company’s ERP system
9. Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders
10. Maintains Inventory
