General Manager (Business Development)

Flux Logistics Limited is a member of the Superflux Group involved in comprehensive Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions including Strategic Procurement, Logistics and Warehouse Management for a variety of multinational organizations. Due to business expansion, the company is seeking qualified candidates to fill key positions within the organization.

Job Title: General Manager (Business Development)

Job Location: Any City in Nigeria

Job Responsibilities:

Lead a dynamic team of solution providers in Supply Chain Management Accountable for the attainment of company's annual revenue plan (P&L)
Develop and implement aggressive business segment expansion programmes
Articulate local and regional footprint (Nigeria and sub-Saharan Africa> for future growth plans
Identify opportunities to market innovative logistics solutions to current and potential customers
Manage key customer relationships and dynamics of sizeable transaction profiles

Requirements:

Have a minimum of 15 years cognitive experience, track record in managing SCM for multinationals such as FMCGs, Telcos, etc
University degree within the relevant area, Masters degree or SCM related certifications will be an advantage
Have excellent track record in closing large complex Third Party Logistics (3PL) offerings, strong management, communication and presentation skills.
Full corporate Profit & Loss responsibility.
Ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment; capacity to manage multiple projects and meet specific goals and deadlines.
