If ur NYSC DISCHARGE is b4 2006, WAEC IS BELOW 2000 u are nt qualified to apply. @ngukuran,u can by d form in ur state of residence bt u must get a letter of identificatn endorsed by d chairman of ur LGA in ur state of origin or 4m ur state liason officer in ur state of residence.applicatn closes six wks 4m 2day.check Guardian newspaper of 24th August pg 75 4 foda info.

can i apply 4rm any part of the country or 4rm state of origin?

@Ruthovan-You can google it up. There, you wld find all you need on road signs, traffic laws, legislations & regulations

FRSC have started their recruitment! I went 2 d Anambra State Sector Command, Awka day b4 yestarday. But Protocols plenty! Original of all relevant Certificates for immediate screening, ur height matters as well, atleast 1.7m 4 female and that of male exceeds dat! Then #1000 worth of form. Gud luck fellas!

D state office in lagos is at ojodu opposite oceanic bank.from berger just pick a bike to frsc/Vio office.very direct u get there.

I heard one can get d letter of attestatn 4rm ones LG chairman @ d states liason office in V.I. Opposite bar beach. If posibu u dn't ned 2 travel 2 ur LG 4 d letter. House wat do u think? Reply ASAP

Dat would b nice if d attestation letters can b collected frm d liason offices in lag & Fct. But hw about those stayin outside dis 2cities? I guess dey wil need 2travel if d need arise,i pray it doesnt reach to dat stage. Dey shd atleast use letter of indigeneship it does serve same purpose

Actually der is a LINK on d internet 2 download d form @ frsc website but wen u click on d link button it won't take u 2 d form download page, anyway u can still try but ther is no organisatn dat wil allow u download a form dat is been sold manually unless u'r 2 pay @ d point of submission.

House pls there is no online registration for this, you MUST get the form from your STATE OF ORIGIN YOURSELF and not by proxy.Even if you are able to get the LG letter from outside ur state (liason office) you must still have to travel home to get the Form.It appears there is a mini-test on you (like ur height, sighting of ur certs, and even evidence of knowledge in Road safety regulations and signs etc) b4 the form is issued to you at your state command.Hence, it appears presenting/paying the N1K does not authomatically entitle u to get a form. I felt I should drop this cos a lot of questions have been raised on this.Pls also find attached the NEWSPAPER ADVERT IN GUARDIAN for details.Gudluk to all, it's well.
