JOB SUMMARY
This position will be responsible for the following:
• Receiving all incoming phone calls for the organization
• Making business calls for the organization
• Ensuring a proper book management of all incoming and outgoing calls
• Welcoming visitors to the organization and directing them accordingly
• Functioning as a client service provider on all client issues
• Managing the reception hall efficiently and effectively
• Performing all other tasks assigned by the head of Admin
PERSON SPECIFICATION
The skills, knowledge and experience required from the ideal candidate include:
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Basic numeric skills – being able to do basic calculations.
• Willingness to learn how to use unfamiliar equipment or computer programmes etc.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and question information received.
• Basic computer skills – to be able to send emails and use word-processing.
• Understands the rules of good customer service
• Able to empathize and communicate with a diverse range of individuals
• Able to be able to work under pressure
• Able to build and maintain a good working relationship with colleagues and customers at all levels.
• Self motivated with the ability to complete routine and non routine tasks as needed
