Front Desk/Admin Executive
We are an organization that is into business management and human resources development in Lagos,Nigeria and require a decent well-spoken person at our front desk. The person will also serve as secretary to the Directors
Responsibilities:
- He / She is in charge of the front desk/reception
- Answer internal phone calls and act on information accordingly
- Develop and manage good relationship with the customers and visitors
- Receives mails, dispatch mails, and keep records of all incoming correspondence
- Handling general enquires and customers’ complaints and address them if possible
- Direct customer and visitors appropriately and not shabbily
- Data management activities
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum ND in a relevant discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience as a front desk officer is an added advantage
