Front desk officer
Responsibilities
- Receives complex customer needs via incoming mail, telephone, and/or electronic contact regarding the organization's products and/or services, enters and adjusts orders, performs proactive selling and marketing of products, and resolves questions and complaints within span of control.
- Handle telephone and personal inquiries from customers and respond to their needs in a cool, courteous and prompt manner.
- Greet customers and interact with them to understand their technological problems.
- Get information across to clients about products, prices and computer maintenance problems.
- Forward complaints and technical requests to the appropriate department.
- Book applicants for training session with the computer training section.
- Maintain and manage a daily record of customers.
- Handle and manage softly the minor complaints and irritants with the customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level through effective service.
Job Requirements
Required Experience: 1-3 year(s)
Desired Courses: Social Sciences or any related discipline
Requirements
- Must reside in Lagos or its environs
- OND, HND, B.SC in Social Sciences.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
